How do I get started?

I will need your sketches, any required CAD files, and any other reference material you have available.

How do we communicate?

Communication can be done by e-mail, Yahoo IM, Skype or phone.

What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time is based on the scale and complexity of each project. Deadlines can be negotiated and established if necessary.

Does CAD Drafting Solutions do design?

Yes, we can work together to come up with a solution that will be best for you. CAD Drafting Solutions recommends having final drawings reviewed by architect or engineer for strength and integrity, if necessary.

What about pricing?

Prices will vary depending on the scale of each project.  Estimates can be submitted upon customer request as hourly rates or lump sum fees.

Mileage is based off of GSA's current rate (if applicable).

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Money Order/Cashier’s Check Or PayPal        

For PayPal payments please include an additional 10% for transaction fees.

Please make checks payable to: CAD Drafting Solutions All returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee.

When do I pay?

Invoices will be sent out between 1-2 business days after completion to customers through e-mail and should be paid within the given deadline.  Any overdue payments shall be subject to 10% increase per month.  CAD Drafting Solutions reserves the right to withhold or terminate any work with delinquent accounts.

How do you deliver completed projects to clients?

There are many different options that you may choose from, please be sure to specify which option that you would like when you submit your project. Most CAD files can be sent via e-mail along with the instructions for downloading the appropriate viewers. Files can also be saved and sent in PDF format for easy viewing with Adobe Reader. If necessary, larger files can be burned to CD-ROM and shipped to you however you will need to pay for supplies and shipping costs. For large scale drawings, plot files can be sent to your local printing company.
